Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of FameBoost (“the App”), including all features, content, and services offered through the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the App.

 1. User Content

• 1.1. By using FameBoost, you may have the ability to upload, submit, or post content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio (“User Content”).

• 1.2. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize the use of your User Content on FameBoost.

• 1.3. You grant FameBoost a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display your User Content on or in connection with the App for the purposes of operating and promoting the App.

• 1.4. You understand and acknowledge that FameBoost does not endorse any User Content and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, or quality of User Content. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

2. Goods and Services

• 2.1. The App may allow you to purchase goods or services from third-party sellers (“Merchants”).

• 2.2. FameBoost is not responsible for any goods or services purchased from Merchants through the App. Any issues or disputes regarding goods or services must be resolved directly with the relevant Merchant.

• 2.3. FameBoost may provide information about Merchants and their goods or services, but such information is provided on an “as-is” basis, and FameBoost makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of such information.

3. Subscription Plan

• 3.1. The App may offer a subscription plan with additional features or content (“Subscription Plan”).

• 3.2. By purchasing a Subscription Plan on FameBoost, you agree to pay the applicable fees and abide by the terms and conditions associated with that plan.

• 3.3. Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

• 3.4. FameBoost may modify or update the Subscription Plan, including its features and fees, at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to you within a reasonable period.

4. Intellectual Property

• 4.1. All intellectual property rights in FameBoost, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the property of FameBoost or its licensors.

• 4.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of FameBoost or its content without the express written permission of FameBoost.

5. Termination

• 5.1. FameBoost may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement.

• 5.2. Upon termination, all provisions of this Agreement that should reasonably survive termination will do so, including but not limited to Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
